Age 81, died Sunday morning December 15, 1985 at Weyauwega Health Care Center. He was born September 23, 1904 in the Town of Fremont, son of the late Albert and Ann Hash Wagner. He married Marion Lewiston and she preceded him in death on January 25, 1972. He married Martha Bartel on March 12, 1977. He was employed at Outagamie County Health Care Center for 17 years until his retirement. He served as a Janitor for many years at Fremont Elementary School. He was a member of Fremont Friendly Seniors and St. Paul Lutheran Church, Fremont. Survivors include his wife, Martha; a son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Carolyn, Fremont; a daughter, Nancy Forester, Tampa, Florida; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two step-daughters: Mrs. Irving (Marilyn) Miller, Fremont; Diane Bartel, Oshkosh; eight step-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be
11 a.m. Tuesday at
St. Paul Lutheran
Church, Fremont with Rev. Paul Hartrick officiating. Interment will be
in Lakeside Cemetery, Fremont. Friends may call at Lewin Funeral Home,
Fremont from 4 until 8 p.m. Monday and after 10 a.m. at the church until
the hour of service. A memorial fund has been established. |
