Observations by Delores Zillmer Miller On August 15, 2007 Mary Rahr and Delores Miller updated the 1975 records of Wayne and Alta Guyant. This is a very old church and cemetery, dating back to the 1850s. Many of those records have been lost. Several Lutheran ministers are buried on this cemetery. A new sign, a light colored brick matching the church has been placed in memory of Franklin and Caroline Reinhardt in 2006. A whole row of tombstones is in memory of the young children, who in the 1890s died of the black diphtheria. The cemetery is about two acres in size, with an open space for future use.
