Forest Road is just East of County Hwy. G.  The cemetery is on the North side of Forest Road.  Transcribed by Mike Dellger, Connie  Michaels-Lipp and Kay Reitberger on July 18, 2000.  We started in the North West corner of the cemetery.  The cemetery , I believe, is in Fond du Lac County, but I think the church where records may be stored is in Sheboygan County.  I have given the information to Debie Blindauer and she has posted in on the Sheboygan website also.
